CheerJudge scores against rules built from the USASF 2025–26 rulebook. Scores are practice estimates — think of it as a very consistent practice judge, not an official panel.Why did my analysis fail?
Usually one of: the clip is longer than 60 seconds (trim it), the connection dropped, or our AI service is briefly busy (try again in a few minutes).The AI got a call wrong!

CheerJudge Privacy Policy
Last updated: 08/16/2026CheerJudge ("we", "our", the "App") is operated by LumenDevGroup. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: [email protected].
1. What we collectVideos you submit for analysis. When you analyze a clip, the video is securely transmitted to our AI processing provider (Google's Gemini API) to generate your scores and feedback.
Analysis results and app activity. Your scores, badges, competitions, and settings are stored locally on your device.
Basic technical data. Standard diagnostic information (device type, app version, crash reports) to keep the App working.
We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, precise location, or contacts.2. How videos are handledVideos are used only to generate your analysis. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them with anyone other than our AI processing provider as needed to provide the service.
Processing is performed by Google's Gemini API under Google's API data-use terms. Videos transmitted for analysis are not used by Google to train their models when processed via the paid API.
Analysis results are stored on your device. You can delete any analysis (including its video) at any time inside the App.3. Children's privacyCheerJudge is designed for use by athletes, parents, and coaches. Many cheer athletes are under 13 — we ask that a parent, guardian, or coach operates the App and submits videos on behalf of athletes under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
4. PaymentsSubscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details.
5. Data retention & deletionAnalyses and videos live on your device and are deleted when you delete them or uninstall the App.
To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App, email [email protected].6. Important disclaimerCheerJudge is a practice and training tool. Scores, deductions, and legality assessments are AI-generated estimates for educational purposes only. They are not official competition scores, and final skill-legality decisions always rest with event producers and certified judges.
7. ChangesWe may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be noted in the App or on this page.
